DAVID TINDALL
DIRECTOR
David has a wealth of experience in the technical stages of a construction project and is a Chartered member of CIAT. Having worked as an energy assessor for over 8 years he has developed a very good understanding of the processes and how to practically achieve compliance, and offer solutions to developers.
SARAH WATERS
OFFICE MANAGER
Sarah is the friendly voice that you hear at the end of the phone. As the Office Manager she plays an important role in connecting the studio to our clients. She also deals with the administration at Kent Building Compliance and also helps to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
She has worked within both the home improvement and construction industries, along with numerous other ventures that aid her in her role. She hopes to use this experience to implement several systems to ensure that the day to day running of the studio is as streamlined and efficient as possible.
Outside of work you can find Sarah engrossed in a book, painting, cooking or in a good country pub. She is passionate about heritage buildings and all things beautiful; from art and sculpture to literature and classic cars and the beautiful countryside we are surrounded by.
CHARMIAN OAKES-FAWLK
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Charmian is the newest addition to the team here at Kent Building Compliance. If it isn’t Sarah who answers the phone it will most likely be Charmian’s voice you will hear, keen to assist you. She helps in the office supporting the team in all areas of administration including bookkeeping as well as liaising with clients.
With a history in both Interior + Graphic Design, Charmian’s creative knowledge makes her the ideal candidate for keeping Kent Building Compliances social media up to date and her varied experience in hospitality and retail aids her well within this new role.
Outside of work, you will most likely find Charmian spending time on the farm with the dogs, reading a great book or enjoying time with her family.
